Maddie (Request for Rotommowtom)

As part 1 of a 2-part request from , I have here his OC, Maddie! :3 She's definitely my personal favorite OC of Rotom's, and it's quite apparent to see why... X3 I would explain her backstory here, but I think Rotom tells it better. ^^ You can go ask him if you're curious.
You can see here that I've added in the little ruffles on the leg holes of the diapers, mostly to match Rotom's style just a little bit, but also to see if they fit well into my evolving style. :3 I also experimented a little with the blur effects to get Maddie's cheeks to blush like that. Nothing much else to say from there... I hope you like it, Rotom! :3
